Vanni Cuoghi

Genova, 1966
Successful Story

His works usually consider a frontal, almost theatrical perspective, echoing in part eighteenth- and nineteenth-century prints, which often considered interior settings. The reference to ancient prints is a constant that the artist reworks in a way that brings us to breathe contemporaneity. The author thus manages to combine artistic depth with a taste for decoration, a quality that has allowed him to approach even the world of industry, and there are many fields where he has lent his skills.

He participated to the 8th Premio Cairo, in 2007.
