Carlo Valsecchi's photographic works depict industrial spaces and large landscapes observed as places of formal metamorphosis. In the spaces of architecture that Valsecchi portrays, on the one hand one perceives their deepest fascination and mystery, on the other one feels, subtle yet evident in the scale that the artist has seen fit to use, the sacredness of the representation and the force, at times coercive, that these places carry.
